Credit Policy: Open account terms Net 30 Days from date of invoice are extended to firms listed with a satisfactory rating by Dunn and Bradstreet. Unrated or unlisted firms must submit three major trade references and the name of their bank. You may expedite an order, while AT Packaging establishes an account status, by including payment with order indicating your Visa or Mastercard number, cardholder name and date of expiration.
Warranty: Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days. AT Packaging’s liability under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair, or credit, at AT Packaging’s option or as limited by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer shall, at AT Packaging’s option, return any alleged defective product to AT Packaging at buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to buyer only. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AT Packaging shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, labour costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from AT Packaging. Certain products such as machinery may have different warranties.
Administration charges: Carrying charges of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
Delivery: All orders received prior to 4:30 pm will be proceed the same day. A past due account may cause a delay in delivery. All items not in stock at time of delivery will be placed on back order unless other instructions are specified by the customer. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading and claimed accordingly. Claims for shortages, should they occur, must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
Minimum Order Policy: Due to the high cost of invoicing, packing and collection, all orders under $100.00 will be surcharged a $25.00 minimum order service charge.
Returned Goods Procedure: Buyer must contact AT Packaging’s customer service department for a returned goods authorization number and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject for a credit or refund. All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% handling charge, except if goods are defective or non-compliant. The sale of custom made items or special order is final, no returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return request.
